How does the subscription work?

Our lingerie subscription box is delivered every two months, with six collections per year:

Jan–Feb box (Ships end of Jan, arrives early February)

Mar–April box (Ships end of Marcb, arrives early April)

May–June box (Ships end of May, arrives early June)

July–August box (Ships end of July, arrives early August)

Sep - Oct box (Ships end of sep, arrives early October)

Nov - Dec (Ships end of nov, arrives early December)

You'll receive a new set every three months, right at the start of each quarter.

What can I do in the Subi Portal

The Subi Hosted Portal gives you complete control over your subscriptions from one secure page.

To login, click portal.subi.co
You will only need the email you used to make a purchase.

Within the portal, you can:

  1. View subscription details — See all active subscriptions, including product names, prices, and upcoming order dates.
  2. View past subscription orders — Check previous deliveries and order history in one place.
  3. Add new products — Add items to your existing subscription directly from the portal.
  4. Remove products — Remove any product you no longer want included in future deliveries.
  5. Swap products — Replace a product in your subscription with another available item.
  6. Change product quantities — Increase or decrease the number of units in your subscription.
  7. Change delivery frequency — Adjust how often your subscription orders repeat (for example, every 2 weeks instead of weekly).
  8. Skip or reschedule an order — Delay or move the next delivery date to fit your schedule.
  9. Pause or resume a subscription — Temporarily stop and later reactivate a subscription without canceling it.
  10. Cancel a subscription — End a subscription anytime using your store’s enabled cancelation flow.
  11. Apply discount codes — Redeem valid Shopify discount codes directly in your subscription.
  12. Update payment method — Change or update the card or payment method used for future renewals.
  13. Edit shipping address and delivery notes — Update your shipping address or add special delivery instructions for recurring orders.

When is the cut-off date to subscribe for the next box?

To receive the next box, subscribe by the 15th of the last month in the previous month. This is, however, subject to availability and boxes may be sold our prior. If a box is sold-out, it will not be restocked.

For example: to receive the Jan–Feb box, order by Dec 15.

If you order after the cut-off, your first box will be for the following quarter.

When will my subscription box be shipped?

All boxes are shipped the week before the launch month  begins and should arrive within the first week of the launch month.

For example: The Jan–Feb box ships between November 23–30 and arrives by December 7.

What happens if I miss the cut-off date?

If you subscribe after the cut-off date, and your sizes are in stock, you will receive that month’s subscription box. However, if your sizes are sold out, you will receive the next subsciption box as your first box.

Can I buy a subscription box without subscribing?

Yes! You can choose to purchase a subscription box as a single order or as a subscription. If you miss out and if we have extra boxes after the subscription orders are fulfilled, they will be available for single purchase on our website. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you cancel after being billed, your upcoming bimonthly box will be your last, and your subscription will end after that delivery.

Simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to portal.subi.co
2. Log in with your original purchase email
3. Select your subscription and follow prompts allowing you to manage, pause, or cancel it at any time.

Please note: To avoid being billed and receiving the next box, you must cancel at least 3 working days before your direct debit date.

Can I change the size variant after subscribing?

Yes, you can update your sizing without canceling your subscription! You can change their subscription variant (including sizes) directly through our customer portal.

Simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to portal.subi.co
2. Log in with your original purchase email
3. Select your subscription and follow prompts to change the size variant

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my subscription box if I change my mind?

No, all subscription boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind. Once your subscription order is placed, it is considered final, and cancellations are not possible.

What if the lingerie set in my subscription box doesn’t fit?

We understand the importance of the perfect fit! We offer size exchanges (subject to availability) for domestic orders only. If you need a different size, please contact us at info@asiyahintimates.com.au so we can assist you.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

If your subscription box contains a faulty item, you must return the entire box unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for an exchange. The item must be:

In its original condition, with tags and hygiene seals intact.

Free from any wear, including marks from tan, deodorant, or stains.

Accompanied by proof of purchase. All gifts must also be returned. 

To report a faulty item, email info@asiyahintimates.com.au with a photo and a description of the fault within 7 days of delivery.

What if I received the wrong item?

If we’ve sent the wrong item, you can return it, and we’ll cover the shipping costs. Please contact info@asiyahintimates.com.au so we can arrange the return and replacement.

 Can I return an item that was on sale?

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

 How do I return an item?

To return an item, complete the returns form provided with your delivery and send it along with your item to:

The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If the item was faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse up to $10 in return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your parcel.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase:

Credit/Debit Card purchases → Refunded back to the same card.

Gift Card purchases → Refund will be issued to a new Asiyah Intimates Gift Card (valid for 24 months).

Shipping costs are not refundable (except in cases of faulty or incorrect items).

 Can I exchange my item for a different style?

No, exchanges are only available for size swaps of the same lingerie style. We cannot exchange your item for a different style.

 How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, do so before your next billing date. If you cancel after being billed, your subscription will remain active for the upcoming quarter, and your membership will end after you receive that final box.
