Refund policy
Subscription Boxes are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind. Once subscription orders have been placed, they are considered final sale and you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. Our team begins working and fulfilling your boxes promptly after receiving it, and cancellation becomes challenging. We appreciate your understanding.
We do, however, appreciate the importance of finding that perfect fit, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are therefore happy to facilitate an exchange* for size to ensure you are satisfied with your lingerie set. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, you can contact us at info@asiyahintimates.com.au and we will assist you within the scope of our policy.
In the event a subscription box contains a faulty item, the box and all of its contents must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging back to AI Headquarters to be eligible for an exchange of the faulty item.
- The item must be in its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
- It should show no signs of wear, including marks from tan, deodorant, or other personal stains.
- Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Gift cards purchased cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
- Discount/promotions (including Free Shipping) given will be reversed if after returning an item, the remaining order value does not meet the discount/promotion criteria.
- Cancelling your subscription: If you wish to cancel your subscription, kindly do so before your next billing date. All subscription orders once placed are final. If you choose to cancel your subscription after you’ve been billed, you will receive the upcoming quarter’s box as your last subscription box, and your membership will be cancelled.
- Size exchange is subject to availability and applicable for domestic orders only, while stocks last.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Lingerie – unless they are in their original condition with hygiene seals intact, and include all components, such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses, or chains, and falls within the scope of this policy. It’s important to note that due to the intimate nature of lingerie, items with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or personal stains will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.
- Gift Card sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for monetary value.
- Duties & Taxes, as well as any associated shipping costs, cannot be refunded by Asiyah Intimates once your order is dispatched.
Sometimes, we make mistakes too.
If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@asiyahintimates.com with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible to organise a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had a chance to chat with you.
If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) and Asiyah Intimates will reimburse you for any shipping costs.
How to Return ?
You can return any items that meet the returns criteria by sending it back to Asiyah Intimates. To return items to Asiyah Intimates, simply complete the relevant sections of the returns form provided with your delivery and post it to us along with the item(s) you are returning. Please note: The costs of returning the item(s) ordered will be incurred solely by the customer - Asiyah Intimates will not compensate the customer for any shipping costs incurred during a return except in the case where Asiyah Intimates sent faulty and/or damaged products to the customer. In this case, we will refund up to $10 in delivery fees.

Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed within 14 business days. Your items must meet the Terms and Conditions in our policy. Please allow additional processing time over sale / holiday periods.
How will you be refunded ?
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. For instance, if the item was bought using a Visa card, the credit will be reimbursed to the corresponding Visa card. In cases where the order was placed using a Asiyah Intimates Gift Card, the refund amount will be transferred to a new Asiyah Intimates Gift Card, valid for 24 months. Asiyah Intimates will not compensate the customer for any return costs incurred by them when returnng their item(s).
Exchanges
We happily offer size exchanges on unworn, unwashed and unopened items that are in re-sellable condition that have their original tags still attached. You can however, only exchange lingerie items of the same style for a different size or a replacement (if it was damaged/faulty on our end). You cannot exchange what you purchased for a different style.
To request an exchange, simply complete the relevant sections of the returns form provided with your delivery and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original Confirmation Email. If the requested item for an exchange is out of stock, a member of our team will contact you to organise an alternative solution. Exchanges will be shipped to you with standard postage once it has been approved.
Please note: The costs of returning the item(s) ordered for an exchange will be incurred solely by the customer.
